Once we pass your package off to USPS, we have no control over what happens to it. If your package is lost or delayed, please call your local post office for more info as we have no more info than you. If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven't received the package, please check with all household residents before calling USPS. If those options have failed, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to help make sure you receive everything you paid for.
Packages sent to the wrong address as user error will be resent once the package is returned for a $3 shipping fee or you can receive a refund of your order minus a $3 Wrong Address fee.
